Guardian Angels
According to Christians, everyone has a Guardian Angel, who is a messenger of God who guards and protects you.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the path of righteousness for his name sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever (Psalm 23).
Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word (Psalm 103.20).
The disciples learned that children belong to Jesus, and that He loves them. The way to receive eternal life is by simple, childlike belief in Christ. Jesus is the Good Shepherd, and children are His sheep (Matthew Chapter 18).
On October 19th, 2009 a seven year old Florida school girl was on her way home from school when she was kidnapped, sexually assaulted and afterwards strangled. Her body was then thrown away in the trash; where it was found in a Georgia landfill.
